Al Geiberger, the first person to shot a 59 in a PGA Tour event and the 1966 PGA Championship winner, has joined Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert as the 36-hole private club’s golf ambassador, announced Richard Turner, president of the board of Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert.
