Entry applications for this year’s U.S. Open at Pebble Beach (Cailf.) Golf Links, U.S. Women’s Open at Oakmont (Pa.) Country Club and U.S. Senior Open at Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Wash., are now available oneline.
